Set off on culinary exploration with us that will lead you to where realities of traditions and modernism are presented on each dish. This begins with the fresh Adriatic Sea Octopus Carpaccio, which combines a delicate balance of capers, celery, and onions with a zesty burst of fresh lemon juice. Our Rigatoni all'Amatriciana features San Marzano tomatoes, guanciale, pecorino romano cheese, and a subtle kick of red chili peppers.

Taking her inspiration from the culinary traditions of Puglia, southern Italy, our founder’s voyage from helping her parents in their tiny restaurant, called Osteria, until the completion of her course at Culinary School in Villa Santa Maria, Italy, shapes everything about our restaurant to be straightforward and passionate.
